1. Booking and Payments:

1.1 To confirm a reservation, a deposit of [10%] of the total rental fee is required. The remaining balance will be due no later than [10 days] before the check-in date.

1.2 Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods, e.g., "credit card, bank transfer"].

1.3 A receipt of payment will be sent to the Renter's email address provided at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy:

2.1 If a booking is canceled more than [10days] before the check-in date, the full deposit will be refunded.

2.2 If a booking is canceled between [10 days] and [10 days] before the check-in date, [XX%] of the deposit will be forfeited.

2.3 If a booking is canceled less than [10 days] before the check-in date, the entire rental amount will be forfeited.

3. Damage and Security Deposit:

8.2 Any damages or breakages must be reported to the Owner immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability:

9.1 The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, the Renter agrees to be responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries they cause to themselves, their guests, or their personal properties.

9.2 The Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Renter or their guests.

10. Termination:

10.1 The Owner has the right to evict without prior notice any guests who do not adhere to these terms and conditions, with no refund of the rental fee or security deposit.
